Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hilliard, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.

This project proposes a single lane roundabout at the Hayden Run/Wilcox intersection to address safety. The extension of the Hayden Run Trail, a regional Central Ohio Greenways Trail, and extension of an existing shared-use path on Wilcox Road, will be accommodated through this intersection as part of the project. Replacement or modification of an existing culvert over the Hayden Run stream to accommodate trail connections may also be included. In previous years, this intersection was identified as a high crash location. However, since the completion of Riggins Road/Hayden Run Blvd, traffic volumes and crashes have been reduced. Therefore, the project need has decreased. As of February 10, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
