Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hilliard, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project upgrades Wayne Street between Center Street and Norwich Street and upgrades Norwich Street between the alley west of Main Street to Wayne Street. It includes provisions for on-street parking, sidewalks, curbs, street lighting, and drainage. Curb extensions will be constructed at the Wayne/Norwich intersection, and the intersection will be converted to an all-way stop condition to support the pedestrian activity in the area. There is a 6-inch waterline, built in 1941, and a 12-inch waterline, built in 1979, along this corridor. Because of the age of this water infrastructure, the two existing waterlines will be removed, and a new waterline will be installed. Any services on the old lines will be transferred to the new line, and service connections to private properties will be included. Preliminary design of the waterline project will be included in the street improvement project; however, it may be necessary to build the waterline as a separate project before the street project construction project. A companion waterline project has been included in the CIP for this purpose. As of February 10, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
