Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section (Exhibit "C") of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% is required. Estimated Contract Value: $500K All Contractors Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for the Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their, Race, Color, Religious Creed, Ancestry, Age, Sex, National Origin, Physical or Mental Disability, or Because of a Person's Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity or Gender Expression. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township
