The Township of Lower Merion is seeking proposals from interested companies to provide Janitorial Services, including cleaning supplies, for fifteen (15) Township-owned facilities for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extending the contract for three (3) additional 12-month terms (through December 2029). The total square footage of all facilities combined is 195,455. This represents total building square footage, not all areas within specific buildings that require janitorial services. It is encouraged that prospective bidders inspect each facility prior to submitting their proposal. Attention is Called to the Fact That the Contractor Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for the Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their, Race, Color, Religious Creed, Ancestry, Age, Sex, National Origin, Physical or Mental Disability, or Because of a Person's Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity or Gender Expression. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.
