Bidder isresponsible for safety, including lifting / placing the lid(s),for their observations. Scope of Work The work for the lining of sanitary sewer mains includes,but is not limited to, cleaningand televising of the existingpipes, bypass pumping, installation of a cured-in-placeliner, and reinstating laterals. The work for the sanitary manhole reconstructionincludes, but is not limitedto, cleaning of the existingmanhole, patching, surfacepreparation, bypass pumping,and coating or lining application. Select locations alsorequire reconstruction of themanhole bench / deck. Cementitious coatings will notbe considered. Award is planned for October 2025 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for November 2025 pending contract execution. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to rejectany or all bids or parts thereofor to waive any informality orirregularity as deemed to thebest interest of the Township.
