**As of July 02, 2025, the project was awarded to KLB Construction, with an awarded amount of $6,390,782.91.** The City of Woodinville is requesting bids from Contractors for the 133rd Grid Road Extension and Roundabout Project, ITB# PW-ST-23-007. This Project (see Exhibit A) constructs a roundabout at the extension of 133rd Avenue NE that connects Woodinville Snohomish Road to Little Bear Creek Parkway (aka NE 177th Pl). The roundabout Project will also include construction of a tunnel to accommodate the Eastrail Trail that creates a grade separated crossing for trail users. Estimated Budget: $8,000,000 to $8,500,000. The last day to submit questions is May 16th. Contractors certified Veteran Owned, Small Owned, or OMWBE Certified minority or women owned businesses are encouraged to register in Public Purchase and submit a bid. The City will select and award the Contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder pursuant to RCW 39.04.350. The Bid Proposal Instructions clearly identifies all items and forms that must be submitted with Contractor's bid prior to the bid closing date. Any items or forms missing upon bid opening may deem the Contractor as not responsible. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of cashier's check, certified check, postal money order, or a surety bond to the City of Woodinville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. An electronic copy of the bid deposit or bond must be uploaded with the full bid on Public Purchase, with the original bid deposit or bond either hand delivered to Woodinville City Hall or mailed to 17301 133rd Avenue NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Chista Kouretchian.
