Award will be on the next weeks council meeting.** SCOPE OF WORK: The work to be performed under this contract shall include preparation of engineering calculations and shop drawings, material fabrication and delivery for the pre-cast concrete pedestrian tunnel structures, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. BUDGET: The current estimated budget is between $700,000 and $740,000. These precast structures are part of a larger improvement project of a new intersection with the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of 133rd Ave NE at Woodinville Snohomish Road and Little Bear Creek Parkway. The pre-cast pedestrian tunnel will be installed underground below the roundabout. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of cashier's check, certified check, postal money order, or a surety bond to the City of Woodinville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. An electronic copy of the bid deposit or bond must be submitted with the full proposal on Public Purchase, with the original bid deposit or bond either hand delivered to Woodinville City Hall or mailed to 17301 133rd Avenue NE, Woodinville, WA 98072, Attn: Chista Kouretchian - prior to bid closing.
