Renovation of a municipal facility in Woodinville, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of July 02, 2025, the project was awarded to Boyce Construction, with an awarded amount of $165,630.60.** The selected Contractor will be required to replace four (4) swing gates with full height doors and one (1) swing gate with a wall - to increase security to office staff at front counters. Includes prevailing wage labor, mobilization, demolition, supply, and installation of all materials, fees, overhead, profit, demobilization, any and all costs required to complete the work as defined in the attached specifications and drawings. This includes the work for Bid Alternate. It is the Contractor's responsibility to adequately review and understand the Scope of Work, facility location, and all potential hazards and dangers associated with the Work. Contractor shall include in their bid any filing fees required to comply with applicable labor laws concerning prevailing wages, hours, workers' compensation and other conditions of employment. A courtesy advance notice to Chista Kouretchian at ChistaK@ci.woodinville.wa.us would be appreciated for Contractors that plan to attend. The estimated budget is between $175,000 - $200,000. Thus, the public opening of bids will be done electronically on Public Purchase. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Chapter 39.12 RCW, as it may be amended, relating to prevailing wages. Prevailing rate shall be paid on public works and building service maintenance contracts. No worker, laborer or mechanic employed in the performance of any part of this Contract shall be paid less than the prevailing rate of wage as determined by the Industrial Statistician of the Department of Labor and Industries for the State of Washington. Prior to making any payment under the awarded Contract, the City must receive an approved copy of the "Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages" from the Department of Labor and Industries. It is the Contractor's responsibility to obtain and file the Statement. The Contractor shall be responsible for all filing fees. Each invoice shall include a signed statement that prevailing wages have been paid by the Contractor and all subcontractors. Following the final acceptance of the Work, Contractor shall submit an "Affidavit of Wages Paid" which must be certified by the Industrial Statistician of the Department of Labor and Industries *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
