Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Woodinville, Washington. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The selected Contractor will be required to provide maintenance care and repairs to preserve the outdoor sculptures listed in Attachment B, within the City of Woodinville's ("City") parks and facilities. The removal of any organic buildup followed by the appropriate coating for each medium will be required on an annual basis. It is the Contractor's responsibility to adequately review and understand the Scope of Work, art installation locations, and all potential hazards and dangers associated with the Work. An awarded Contract will be effective January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2026. The Contract will have provisions to extend the duration as mutually agreed upon by both Parties. The Contractor selected for final award will be required to enter into a standard Services Contract substantially in the form of the draft contract attached with this RFP. The selected Contractor will have, or be able to obtain, a certificate of insurance as defined in the draft contract, with a policy endorsement which names the City of Woodinville as additional insured. A 100% Payment & Performance Bond will be required. Contractor may elect for City to withhold 10% retainage off each submitted invoice in lieu of the 100% Payment & Performance Bond.
