Site work for a water / sewer project in Athens, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Arbaugh Waterline Extension Contract 1-2023 The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 11,000 feet of 4-inch PVC and 4-inch HDPE waterline extension within the public right-of-way and utility easements to serve previously unserved customers. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. The Work is being funded by grants from the American Rescue Plan Act and the Ohio Department of Development Water Wastewater Infrastructure Grant. The Le-Ax Water District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
