Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Palm Bay, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a 20,000-square-foot service station / car wash facility.
Bid is cancelled , The District's Palm Bay Service Center Fleet building is located at 529 Community College Parkway in Palm Bay, Florida. This location was opened in May 2000, housing the District's 20,000 square foot mechanical shop, which maintains many of the District's vehicles and related motorized assets. The current roof is the original and is about 25 years old. For more information refer to the attached "Statement of Work". The objective of this project is to remove, dispose and replace the original roof with a new structurally sound and watertight roof that is updated to the current code. The anticipated project completion date is July 31, 2025. The estimated project budget is $325,000.
