Fiber Optic Installation and Support Services The City of Topeka Information Technology Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide services and support in the functional areas of: Construction and maintenance of outside plant fiber optic/copper telecommunication infrastructure; Indoor fiber optic/copper structured cabling infrastructure; and Data center design and maintenance. Multiple vendors may be awarded contracts based on qualifications and pricing responses to each functional area. Question Deadline 01/03/2025 at 4:30 AM CT CONTRACT The term of the agreement(s) between the selected vendor(s) and the City of Topeka will be for a one (1) year initial period from the date of execution with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon written agreement of the parties.
