Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
2024 Citywide Curb and Gutter Project consists of Curb & Gutter replacement at various locations citywide. The intent of this project is to replace the curb and gutter with Combined Curb & Gutter (Type Varies) without damaging the existing adjacent and/or abutting sidewalks or drive approaches. DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR UNITS OF WORK: o Combined Curb & Gutter (type varies) 2,328 LF o 4" Concrete Sidewalk Remove & Replace 100 SF o 6" Concrete for approach transitions 374 SF o Tree Removal 1 EA o Aggregate Base - AB-3 (2") for under curbs 89 Ton o Aggregate Base - AB-3 (6") for approach transition 27 Ton o Asphalt Pavement Patching (2") 120 Ton o Steel Plate Driveway Access 1 EA o Seeding, Fertilizing and Mulch 0.10 AC o Traffic Control 1 LS Question Deadline 01/08/2025 at 5:00 PM CT BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. Bidders shall take note of requirements for notification of MBE's and WBE's as stated in paragraph 24 of the Instruction to Bidders.
