Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is to replace alley pavement to include removal and replacement of 4 inch concrete sidewalks and curb & gutter work. The alley is located in the 900 Block between SW Fillmore St and SW Western Ave. Pavement Removal 1,200 SY 7" Reinforced Concrete Pavement 1,200 SY Aggregate Base - Type AB-3 450 TON Remove & Replace 4" Concrete Sidewalk 240 SF All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. All persons seeking to enter into a contract with the City shall submit an acceptable affirmative action program in accordance with Section 2.135.130 of the Code of the City of Topeka, Kansas. Bidders shall take note of requirements for notification of MBE's and WBE's as stated in paragraph 24 of the Instruction to Bidders Q And A Close1/17/2025 4:30:00 AM
