The Contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence effective upon execution by both parties and extend for a period of twelve (12) months. The contract shall include the County's option to extend for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, totaling thirty-six (36) months. License, Certification and Authorization Respondent shall provide copies of all applicable licenses, certifications and authorizations required to lawfully perform the proposed work. A bid shall constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the public opening date or until the date of award. In the event that an award is not made by the County within one hundred twenty (120) days from the public opening date, the respondent may withdraw their offer or provide a written extension without modification. The County reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all offers and to make the award to that respondent who, in the opinion of the County, will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the County.
