Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to slurry seal pavement, install pavement striping, and repair and replace asphalt concrete in several areas within the CMSA facility, and performing all work as shown on the project plans and specifications for the FY 25 Parking Lot Rehabilitation Project. The project area consists of the following summary (measurements are approximate): - 25,000 square feet of 4-inch AC pavement replacement. - 500 linear feet of redwood header boards. - 150 linear feet of 4" AC curb. - 63 new parking wheel pumpers. - Parking lot pavement striping and stencils.
