The scope of work includes blasting and recoating metallic piping and surfaces, resurfacing and coating deteriorated sludge hopper concrete, and repairing deteriorated concrete in PC No. 2 and 3. The work also includes removing failing coating and reapplying a new waterproofing coating along the entire length of the CCT No. 4 north wall, replacing failing coating in the SBS spill vault, replacing Hypalon sealing strip on expansion joints, and performing tasks as shown in the plans and specifications. The estimated cost of construction is $1,300,000. A checklist has been prepared and furnished to aid Bidders in including all necessary supporting information and forms with their bid.
