Reference Number 0000371099 Job Location: Boulder The Ramaley Biology Building (Bldg 359, 1805 Colorado Ave.) was built in 1952, and the HVAC equipment is past End of Life (EOL). There are several wet labs with fumehoods in C-Wing. The SF2 has failed twice and been repaired in the last few years. CU's scope is to replace SF2 and AHU2. Any associated items may also need to be upgraded or replaced. The University of Colorado Boulder anticipates using a Design/Bid/Build approach to project delivery and the preliminary construction budget is projected to be $800,000 or less.
