The warehouse space is 10,510 SF with 32 bays of warehouse racking, misc. laydown areas, and workstations for employees. The project consists of installing new warehouse racking. Each bay of racking will be retrofitted to hold four mobile carts. Each cart will hold plastic bins for apparel and merchandise storage. Scope of Services 1. Procure and install new warehouse racking. Warehouse racking to be compatible with existing racking and meet weight capacity requirements. 2. Reposition two existing bays in warehouse. 3. Procure and install new mobile carts with shelving. 4. Procure and install plastic storage bins for carts. 5. Design, procure, and install guide system for each mobile cart. The system will help guide the mobile carts in and out of the resting position under the bays of racking. This will ensure mobile carts can pull out and push back in a guided manner.
