Reference Number 0000373817 Delivery Point: Various City of Boulder locations The purpose of this project is to procure an online backflow prevention test entry portal and compliance tracking system that can connect to existing city software infrastructure. The portal will use existing backflow data, be tested in a test environment, and then readied for go-live to be used in early 2026. The portal will have real-time, on-demand reporting, workflow and customer reminder capabilities that are customizable to meet the needs of the city. The portal will be accessible to certified testers and city administrative users via a secure internet connection. This project will help the city maintain compliance with State of Colorado's backflow prevention water quality regulations and help protect the community's drinking water.
