The building, constructed in 1964, has a total area of 41,324 square feet, approximately 8,100 square feet per floor. SCOPE OF WORK The current system uses a chiller to produce chilled water for cooling and a boiler to heat water for heating, circulating water through the building's piping system. Each office has fan coil units for cooling and heating throughout the building. The project includes removing and replacing one boiler, one chiller, and all fan coil units. The new system will be integrated into the existing chilled water piping. All proposals must include a detailed plan for replacing the chiller and boiler at the Darlington County Government Building.
