The term contract will be signed with selected contractor for the specified period of time to engage and complete numerous defined projects. Each separate project will be called a "RELEASE". The Term Contract will be issued for a period of Three years. Contract term: Three Years Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders including completed Bid Form, proof of Minimum Qualification, New York State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k, Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and women owned business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are required to make a good faith effort to meet M/WBE goals as follows: 0% MBE and 0% WBE, 10% minority workforce and 10% female workforce, and SDVOB Goal 0%.
