General Contractors for the Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations - Phase 4 at Beacon Courts (MA 10-2 AMP 2), for the Lawrence Housing Authority in Lawrence, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by CSS Architects Inc. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to Architect. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. Each individual or firm recorded as having requested a set of Contract Documents will be electronically notified via email when addenda are issued. Hard copy addenda will not be issued. It is the Bidder's responsibility to view the information online. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications shall be without legal effect. Renovation of 51 kitchens and bathrooms. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C.1701u) as well as additional HUD forms and Equal Employment requirements, as set forth in the project manual. The work is estimated to cost $2,448,000 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive and Federal Davis Bacon wage determination. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement.
