Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project involves the fabrication and installation of a custom wayfinding signage system along roads in Sugar Land Memorial Park and Brazos River Park in the City of Sugar Land -These signs will improve the circulation of traffic in the park and provide directions on where to find popular locations within the parks and rental pavilions. Signage will consist of standard fabrication methods, finishes, and materials. The project will consist of seven (7) Park directional signs. The Bidders must submit a Bid Bond with their Bids in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid, inclusive of any Bid alternates, The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract LOCATION OF WORK: Sugar Land Memorial Park - (15300 University Blvd Sugar Land, TX 77479) and Brazos River Park - (18427 Southwest Freeway Sugar Land, TX 77479) Questions Deadline: January 7, 2025, 5:00pm Questions Answered and Addendum posted: January 10, 2025, 5:00pm Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid must be received on Please post all questions to electronic .
