**As of February 14, 2025, the project was awarded to Pedersen Excavating, Inc., with an awarded amount of $2,335,975.50.** This project consists of approximately 1,800' of water main installation, water service connections, connection to existing water main, abandonment of water main, approximately 1,340' of sewer main, new manholes, manhole removal, connection to existing manholes, sanitary sewer service lines, abandonment of sewer main, installation of storm sewer, specialty storm sewer structures, asphalt removal and AC pavement, concrete pan & gutter removal, concrete sidewalk removal, new concrete work, and rehabilitation of landscaping. Contractor shall follow project sequencing and take notice of special traffic control conditions and project phasing completion dates for the project.
