Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Spearfish, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the Project. The Project generally consists of the following primary components: Installation of water main and services; a new booster pump station consisting of a masonry block exterior, pitched metal roof, concrete floor, and appurtenances; process piping, fittings, valves, pumps, magnetic flow meter, and appurtenances; earthwork and grading, gravel, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving; mechanical and electrical work for the pump station building; and associated work as shown on the plans. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Forms provided and in accordance with the Bidding Documents. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed at the City of Spearfish City Hall. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or a bank draft drawn on a State or National Bank for five percent (5%) of the amount bid payable to Stencil Group II, LLC or in lieu thereof a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the Stencil Group II, LLC, in a sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the Bid. This is to serve as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a Contract within 15 days of Notice of Award in accordance with the terms of the principal's Bond and a contractor's Bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing board for the performances of such Work. The checks of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within ninety (90) days after the bids have been opened. Only Bids that are accompanied by such a Bond will be considered.
