The City of Hutchinson (COH) is interested in retaining a consulting firm to develop a Fully integrated Comprehensive Water Master Plan for the City, including but not limited to, arc flash analyses of existing equipment, analysis of selected treatment alternatives, perform an evaluation of the wastewater conveyance system comprised of 33 lift stations and associated gravity and force mains, evaluate the well field source of supply, review regulatory requirements for all COH facilities and responsibilities, perform scheduling and cost estimating studies at key stages of the project, evaluate rates structures in light of potential capital costs, investigate funding options and develop long-term financial plans based on facility plans.
