The proposed Work provides for the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for repair of the Woodie Seat Freeway Bridge over K&O R.R. and Avenue C in the City of Hutchinson, Kansas, and consists of the following estimated quantities for sample units of work; o Class III Excavation - 45 CY o Concrete (Grade 4.0)(AE)(SA) - 139.9 CY o Machine Preparation (2.25") - 1,097 SY o Area Prepared for Patching (Full Depth) - 182 SY o Bridge Deck Grooving - 1,215 SY o Abutment Strip Drain - 25 SY o Reinforcing Steel (Grade 60) (Epoxy Coated) - 31,290 LBS o Area Prepared for Patching - 391 SY o Portland Cement Concrete Overlay (2.25") - 1,303 SY o Bridge Backwall Protection System -34 SY Other Work includes fencing, formwork inspection, erosion control, and traffic control.
