WRA Fourmile Creek Sponsored Project Improvements - South of University Avenue, The improvement includes restoration and stabilization of approximately 3,100 feet of streambank including earthwork, stone rip-rap, seeding, erosion control, surface restoration, and necessary materials, equipment, labor, miscellaneous associated work, and cleanup, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 667-164/191, located along Fourmile Creek, south of University Avenue in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than June 30, 2026 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions Engineer's Construction Estimate. $1,420,314.00 Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids
