All work must be completed within Sixty (60) calendar days after the Date of Commencement established in the City's initial Notice to Proceed. Once all permits are issued, the bidder will be responsible for providing all materials and labor to fully complete the project in accordance with the specifications. The scope of work will take place in and around a fully operational Airport. The performance of the proposed work cannot impede on the daily activities of the Airport.
