Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The University is seeking to prequalify contractors to remove existing polyisobutylene (Pib Foam) roof and clean in preparation to receive membrane. Install new roof assembly. Replace flashings and accessories (where applicable). Install walkway pads.
