Proposed project of Citywide Storm Drain Repairs will include but is not limited to: removing existing CMP pipes, furnishing and installing RCP pipes with beddings, furnishing and installing DIP pipes with beddings, placing grouted rip rap, removing and reconstructing or repairing damaged catch basins, removing and replacing concrete curbs and gutters, repairing concrete structure around drop inlet, furnishing and installing protection grating, removing and replacing manholes, removing and replacing CSP Inlets. The project consists of multiple site locations within the City of Riverside as specified on the attached detailed Construction Plans, Location Maps and Work Instructions outlined in Part 9 of these Special Provisions. Additional storm drain repair work may be requested to be completed at locations within a 1-mile radius of any project location indicated on the plans if an unforeseen Immediate Public Need arises during the Project Term. If requested, additional storm drain repair work shall be paid at the rates submitted for Project Bid Item's and shall be authorized via a Change Order per Section 2-7 of the Standard Specifications referenced in Section 3-7.1.1.
