This project involves designing a sensitive interior renovation of the historic building to accommodate offices, restrooms, and an exhibit space. The project includes the following: 1. Renovation of half of the first floor plus systems upgrade including a new ADA restrooms, an elevator and adding a large exhibit space. Basement space will remain 2. Renovation of the second floor includes remodeling of the space to include several office spaces, elevator access and restroom. 3. Exterior renovation includes minor masonry repairs.
