Reference Number 0000284225 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/28 04:00:00 PM CST Pricing Lump sum Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the supply and installation of two gas chromatograph/ mass spectrometer instruments and an associated on-site service agreement. 1.1 The Work includes the design, supply and delivery of capacitor banks and associated equipment. Descriptions of the ITEMS of the Work are listed below and provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchaser's Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements. 1.2 The Work includes the ITEMs as detailed in the Supplementary Specification and listed below: 1.2.1 ITEM 1-Spec ID#1: 3 MVAR Shunt Enclosed Capacitor Bank 12.47 kV 1.2.2 ITEM 2-Spec ID#2: 3 MVAR Shunt Capacitor Bank (Stacked) - 12.47 kV 1.2.3 ITEM 3-Spec ID#3: 9 MVAR Shunt Capacitor Bank (Stacked) - 24 kV 1.2.4 ITEM 4-Spec ID#4: 5 MVAR Shunt Enclosed Capacitor Bank - 24 kV 1.2.5 ITEM 5-Spec ID#5: 20 MVAR Shunt Capacitor Bank (Stacked) - 66 kV 1.2.6 ITEM 6-Spec ID#6: 24.3 MVAR Shunt Capacitor Bank (Stacked) - 66 kV 1.2.7 ITEM 7-Spec ID#7: 9 MVAR Shunt Capacitor Bank (Stacked) - 66 kV 1.2.8 ITEM 8-Spec ID#8: 108 MVAR Shunt Capacitor Bank (Stacked) - 115 kV 1.2.9 ITEM 9-Spec ID# 9: 3 MVAR Shunt Capacitor Bank (Stacked) 138 kV 1.3 Any stated quantities are estimates only. The Purchaser shall not be obligated to purchase all items or any stated amounts. 1.4 The configuration, ratings or component quantities of a Spec ID may be modified in a Release Purchase Order. 1.5 During the Contract, the scope may be amended to change quantities, delete Items or add goods that are related or similar in nature including, not limited to, accessories, spare parts, new makes, models, and any fixes, corrections, minor modifications, minor revisions, changed parts, changed components, changed material or component suppliers, updates, upgrades, enhancements, additions and improvements in accordance with the Changes to the Work Section.
