The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of replacement of inground bus lift hoists #2 to #7, including construction of associated structural foundation, pit, grouting, drainage systems, associated utility services to control console (compressed air, electrical) and remote control take-off point (electrical) for hoist operation and associated conduit between control console and hoist pits. General Conditions: Permits, fees, insurance, site protection, safety, submittals, preparatory work, surveying, materials testing. hoarding, project coordination, management and administration, including traditional tasks. Mobilization Work to also include placement and grout-levelling of hoist cassettes and coordination services with hoist supplier. Hoist supplier will supply, connect and commission internals of hoist lifts, including console and remote-control units.
