The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals provide athletic uniforms, supplies, equipment, awards, trainer supplies and apparel for our high school and four middle schools. Our school district offers varsity level programs, including, junior varsity, freshman, middle school, cheerleading, and marching band. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract. Written Questions Due No Later Than (NLT) 1/3/2025 4 pm Submit Questions to : Amy Steele Caesar Rodney School District 7 Front Street, Camden DE 19934 amy.steele@cr.k12.de.us Each Vendor's contract shall be valid for a one-year contract term period from February 2025 - February 2026. Each contract may be renewed for two (2) one (1) year periods through negotiation between the Vendor and Caesar Rodney School District. Negotiation may be initiated no later than ninety (90) days prior to the termination of the current agreement.
