The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a Contract through competitive negotiations for On-call aggregate pavement maintenance services for Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT). Services will include as needed aggregate pavement restoration, including placement of aggregate, grading, rolling, compacting, and testing. The exact scope of work will be determined at the time a Work Order is issued. The term of the Contract shall be for one year and shall renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual written agreement of the parties in accordance with the terms noted in the Contract. all other correspondence, including questions, shall be sent electronically to Ty Herron, Supply Management Director at proposals@portofvirginia.com. All email communications shall contain "RFP 2025-22-VPA" in the subject line followed by the Respondent's name. Questions may only be submitted electronically no later than 2:00 p.m. EST December 13, 2024.
