Questions Received After December 31, 2024, Will Be Responded to at the Owner's Discretion. Bidders Should Thoroughly Review the Contract Documents Before the Pre-bid Conference. Bids equal to or greater than $150,000 must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract for contracts equal to or greater than $150,000. Time of Completion Bidder agrees to commence work ON DATE IDENTIFIED IN NOTICE TO PROCEED following receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and to substantially complete the project by August 1st, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities.
