Renovation of a municipal facility in Reed City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of 45 interior and 66 exterior doors, installation of radiant baseboard covers in 33 apartments, and replacement of domestic water lines and associated cutting and patching in one building (9 apartments). Owner shall redirect all questions to MCSA Group Liquidated damages will be assessed to the General Contractor if the completion date of 90 calendar days from the date of the pre-construction meeting is not met. The amount of $250.00 per day for each day of suitable working weather, except for Weekends and legal holidays, that the Contractor exceeded the specified date for completion of the work. The Housing Commission has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids submitted.
