DOWNTOWN PARK IMPROVEMENTS The project includes HMA, concrete sidewalk, sandcast concrete, curb and gutter, storm sewer, manhole, catch basins, sanitary sewer, water service, gas service, electrical service and work, site lighting, street lighting, string lighting and festoon poles, splash pad preparation, pavement markings and symbols, detectable warning surface, outdoor fireplace, shade sail structure, shade structure, seat walls, digital kiosk installation, synthetic turf, surface restoration, landscape plantings, speed bumps, barrier free parking signs, vinyl fencing, wood basket weave fencing, timber retaining wall, and building renovation. BID SECURITY A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder’s maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. BONDS AND INSURANCE Article 6 of the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, sets forth Owner’s requirements as to performance and payment bonds, other required bonds (if any), and insurance. When the Successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner, it must be accompanied by required bonds and insurance documentation.
