Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Reed City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
Questions Due: February 24, 2025 by 4pm to treasurer@osceola-county.org The purpose of the project is to abate hazardous materials present within the building, or within close proximity to the building, before a structure is demolished. Lead based paint materials do not require removal in preparation for demolition. Painted surfaces in these structures should be assumed to contain lead and the contractor shall take precautions in accordance with MIOSHA worker protection. No award will be made until the bids have been evaluated for completeness and awardability under the Federal Contracting requirements.
