The Proposed Work is Officially Known as Cypress Cove - Lazy River Heater Replacement and Consists of Furnishing All Necessary Labor, Materials, and Equipment to Complete All Work Related to the Purchase and Delivery, as Specified, or "Approved Equal" in Compliance With All Applicable Laws and Codes. Final Delivery and Installation of the Finished Product is to the Woodridge Park District's Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Center, 8301 S. Janes Avenue, Woodridge, Il 60517. Information (Other Than in the Form of a Written Addendum Issued by the Park District) From Any Officer, Agent, or Employee of the Park District or Any Other Person Shall Not Affect the Risks or Obligations Assumed by the Bidder or Relieve Him From Fulfilling Any of the Conditions and Obligations Set Forth in the Bid and/or Other Contract Documents. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities in Bidding. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn After the Opening of Bids Without the Consent of the District for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Time of Receiving Bids. For Hard Copy Documents, a Fee of $25 Must Be Paid to the Woodridge Park District. Upon Receipt of This Fee, a Complete Hardcopy of the Bid Documents Will Be Provided to the Contractor for Pick-up Within Two Business Days.
