Site work for a civil project in Woodridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions may be directed to Christopher Bethel at cbethel@woodridgeil.gov or 630-719-4767 no later than Tuesday, January 14, 2025 and a response will be provided to all companies who have downloaded the documents from Quest by Thursday, January 16, 2025. A Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid amount is required with the bid submittal and is to be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check. The successful bidder will be required to furnish to the Village and pay for a satisfactory performance bond. Bid A: New pumps, valve vault, yard piping, tie-in to existing force main, new outdoor control panel, new natural gas engine driven generator set in weatherproof enclosure, new flow meter, by-pass pumping during construction, demolition of existing control panel and site restoration. Bid B: New motor operated altitude valve, new isolation valves, pipe and fittings, new vault electrical distribution and lights, tie-in to existing SCADA, and demolition of items to be removed. The Lift Station project is located just northeast of the northbound I-355 on-ramp at 75th St. The Village Green Water Tank is further east from the Lift Station at the Golf Course Entrance.
