**As of January 10,2025, project was awarded to Zenbooth, awarded amount is $245,838.40.** Confidential Office PODS and Installation Bids shall be received electronically and should be addressed to Chris Beeson, Director of Purchasing & Warehouse, purchasing@upland.k12.ca.us, and shall be evaluated by a District evaluation committee utilizingthe evaluation criteria in this RFP. The Upland Unified School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals.No bidder may withdraw his/her proposals for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the deadline for submitting proposals. All work, service, equipment and/or supplies must be scheduled to commence within Thirty (30) consecutive business days from the date of the notice to proceed by the DISTRICT. Time is of the essence. Failure to commence the services within the time set forth herein shall constitute a breach of contract for which the DISTRICT may exercise any equitable and/or legal remedies available.
