DESCRIPTION OF WORK : BASE BID: APRON REHABILITATION, consisting of Removal of existing storm drain, Construction of new airside asphalt pavement, and Application of pavement markings. BID ALTERNATE 1: PARKING IMPROVEMENTS, consisting of Construction of new utilities to serve the new building, including domestic and fire water, and sanitary sewer, Construction of new landside asphalt and concrete pavements, including parking lot asphalt, sidewalk, stairs, and ADA ramps, Construction of curb and gutter, Construction of trash enclosure, and Application of pavement markings. BIDDER / CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: 1.
