Design and construct a sidewalk on the north side of E. Third Street (SR 1107), from N. Second Avenue (SR 1006) to E. Fifth Street in Siler City. The scope of this project includes design, environmental documentation, and engagement and updates provided to Town staff. This scope should only include preliminary engineering, environmental documentation and design.
