Ensign Gym Bleachers Replacement, Exhaust Fans & Windows Project The Schedule Duration is Governed by the August 1, 2025 Completion Date. All Electrical Scope Must Occur First and Then the Remaining Csi Activities Will Need to Run Concurrently to Achieve the Contract Completion Date. The Project Schedule is Approximately Calendar Days for Turnover of Construction; Notice to Proceed is Anticipated to Occur on or About February 27, 2025. The Project Includes the Replacement of Gymnasium Bleachers, Clerestory Windows and Exhaust Fans. The Existing Bleachers Will Be Removed & Replaced by a Separate Contractor, This Work Will Need to Be Coordinated. The New Windows Will Include Motorized Shades & Awning Window System. The Construction Budget is Approximately +/- $1,047,739.00 Dollars. The Schedule Duration is Governed by the August 1, 2025 Completion Date. All Electrical Scope Must Occur First and Then the Remaining Csi Activities Will Need to Run Concurrently to Achieve the Contract Completion Date. Each Party Submitting a Bid on the Project ( Bidder(S) ) Must Post a Bid Bond or Other Security in the Amount of 10% of the Amount of the Bid With the Bid. Each Bidder, Simultaneously With the Execution of the Contract (See General Conditions, Article 1, Subjection D for Definition), Will Be Required to Furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an Amount Equal to 100 Percent of the Contract Price, as Well as, a Faithful Performance Bond in an Amount Equal to 100 Percent of the Contract Price. Said Bonds Shall Be From an Admitted California Surety Satisfactory to the District and Listed in the Federal Register, Issued by the Department of Treasury, and Licensed in California. Said Bonds Shall Remain in Full Force and Effect Through All Guarantee and/or Warranty Periods Stated in the Project Documents. Use of the Bond Forms, Without Variations, as Set Forth in Section 11 is Mandatory. H. The Bidder Shall Be a Licensed Contractor Pursuant to the Business and Professionals Code and Be Licensed in the Applicable Classifications for the Trades for Which the Contractor is Submitting a Bid. The Bidder Represents and Warrants That All Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors Shall Be Properly Always Licensed During the Performance of the Contract. The Prime Contractor Shall Possess a B License for This Contract/project. For This Contract/project, All Work Requiring a Specialty License and/or Certification Under Applicable Law Shall Be Performed by Subcontractors (to the Prime Contractor) Who Possess the Required Specialty Licenses and/or Certifications, Unless the Prime Contractor Itself Holds Such Specialty License(S) and/or Certification(S), in Which Case the Prime Contractor Can Self-perform Such Portions of the Work Under Such Specialty License(S) and/or Certification(S). At the Time of Submitting Its Bid, the Prime Contractor Shall List All Work Requiring a Specialty License and/or Certification and Identify: (1) Who Will Perform Each Portion of Such Work; and (2) the Corresponding Specialty License/certification, Including the Number and Holder Thereof. Failure to Comply With These Requirements May Result in the Bidders Bid Being Deemed Non-responsive. Unless Permitted by Applicable Law, No Bid May Be Withdrawn Until Ninety Days After the Bid Opening Date. This Project Has 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Goals. Questions About This Project Should Be Directed to the District. The District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Irregularities in Any Bid.
