Renovation of a mixed-use development in Omak, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction will consist of replacing the following equipment in the school: Waters-source heat pumps, Energy Recovery units, Exhaust fans, kitchen exhaust fans, kitchen make up air unit and cooling tower. In addition, new ductwork and a new mechanical system will be provided in the maintenance building. Paschal Sherman Indian School HVAC Equipment Replacement Combined Construction Contract including all trades required to construct CTCR Paschal Sherman Indian School HVAC Equipment Replacement project at: Van Boerum and Frank Associates (VBFA), 905 W Riverside Ave. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days. Responses shall be submitted on the form provided in the Bid Documents and a bid bond is required. CTCR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Sealed Bid process, and to accept the response considered to be in the best interests of the CTCR.
