The Granger Township Trustees are requesting bids for the Granger Township Fire Station Fire Damage Restoration, at 3737 Ridge Road, Medina, Ohio 44256. Each bidder shall be required to file with his bid, the following: 1. A Bid Guarantee in the form of either; a) A bond in accordance with R.C. 153.54(B), for the full amount of the bid as set forth in the bid documents, or b) A Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Letter of Credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code. A Letter of Credit shall be revocable only at the option of the Trustees. The amount of the Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Letter of Credit shall equal to 10% of the grand total bid. 2.
