The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays. CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services. Bidders shall submit questions via email to LU ANNE TRAZI at luanne.trazi@chp.ca.gov Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, supplies and tools necessary to upgrade electrical systems at the CHP Academy Kitchen to accommodate new equipment/appliances. The project will consist of the following: A. Contractor shall furnish and install two (2) 208volt 125amp three phase dedicated circuits for new Tilt Skillets in kitchen area. B. Contractor shall furnish and install 2” EMT conduit with #1 copper conductors from existing panel in electrical room to new Tilt Skillet locations. C. Contractor shall install two (2) new 600colt 200amp disconnects with 125amp fuses for Tilt Skillet locations. D. Contractor shall furnish and install 1 ½” seat tight flex conduit from disconnects to new Tilt Skillet locations. E. Contractor shall hardwire two (2) new Tilt Skillets. F. Contractor shall furnish and install two (2) new 3pole 125amp breakers into existing panel for Tilt Skillet circuits. California Law Requires Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%.
